Djilba-flower across country:
Djilba is the season of conception (August September). Megan says ” One of my favourite times of year. The warmer weather is returning but the nights are still cool. The land starts to change and welcome the presence of pink and yellow flowers. Our ancestors would slowly plan their return to the coastal areas. I imagine the beautiful journey that awaited them. Untouched and beautiful Boodja. Flowers everywhere”
