Janie paints long line housing detailed dot work that form a frame like field around a grouping of roundels. These roundels represent the rock holes or waterholes of Kintore using a variety of rich yellows, sandy orange, reds, blacks and blues. Janie was born in 1963 and is a niece to noted artist Makinti Napanangka. Janie lives in Kintore 530 km west of Alice Springs.
