The circles within the painting represent meeting places. They are a place to stop and set up camp, share knowledge, ceremony and traditions. The bands linking the circles represent the ancient pathways used for thousands of years. For seasonal migration, trade routes, and animal tracks. These trails often follow songlines that link landmarks, resources, water sources and dreamtime stories.
