Patricia’s long, lyrical brush strokes are used to create depth and movement on the canvas as she depicts the medicine leaves drying in the sun. Once the leaves are dry, the women grind them up & make medicine from them by mixing them with various animal fats to extract the essential medicinal oils for long life and good health.

Patricia was born c 1960 and is from Utopia, NT and is from a famous family of artists including Gloria Petayrre and Gracie Morton Pwerle.
