Songlines are Aboriginal travelling routes that cross the land, serving as connections between Aboriginals people and their ancestorial country.

Songlines are embedded with tradition, song, dance and stories. Whilst moving between vast areas of country, Aboriginal people would recite songs that describe landmarks, water sources and features. Songs hold knowledge of Lore, culture and Ancestorial history.

This series of painting symbolises the songs that translate information for thousands of years.
